### 返品・返金ポリシー (Refund Policy)

当店で扱う商品はヴィンテージの書籍、雑誌、印刷物などの一点ものであるため、原則としてお客様都合（イメージ違い、注文間違いなど）による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。

ただし、お届けした商品に、商品説明に記載のない重大な欠陥や破損、あるいは商品の取り違えがあった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に info@shady2grove.com までご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、返品・返金の手続きをご案内いたします。事前の連絡なしに返送された商品は受け付けることができません。

Due to the nature of our inventory (vintage books, magazines, and one-of-a-kind collector's items), all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.

However, if the item you received has a major defect not mentioned in the description, is damaged during transit, or is the wrong item, please contact us at info@shady2grove.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and guide you through the return and refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
