### 配送ポリシー (Shipping Policy)

当店の商品はすべて日本（東京）より安全に梱包し、日本郵便を利用して追跡番号（Tracking Number）付きで世界中へ発送いたします。

■ 発送までの期間（Handling Time）
ご注文確定後、通常1〜3営業日以内に発送手続きを完了いたします。

■ お届けまでの目安（Estimated Delivery Time）
発送後、通常7〜15 営業日程度でお手元に到着いたします（お住まいの地域や通関の状況により前後する場合がございます）。

■ 国際発送における関税について（Customs and Import Taxes）
商品価格および送料には、お届け先の国での輸入関税、消費税（VAT）、通関手数料などは含まれておりません。これらが発生した場合は、すべて購入者（バイヤー）様のご負担となります。あらかじめ現地の税関ルールをご確認の上、ご注文ください。また、関税の支払いを拒否されたことによる返品・返金には応じかねます。

Important Notice — Temporary Japan Post Shipping Suspension for Select EU Countries (as of July 2026)

Due to Japan Post's temporary suspension of IOSS-based international mail, the following applies to shipments to Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, and Luxembourg:

• Orders totaling €150 or more: Ship normally via Japan Post with no restrictions. (Above €150, VAT/import duties are handled by the recipient at the destination, so IOSS does not apply.)
• Orders totaling under €150: We regret that we are unable to fulfill these orders via Japan Post at this time, and such orders will unfortunately need to be cancelled. However, if you have access to an alternative shipping arrangement on your end, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please note: This is a temporary measure. Japan Post has announced the launch of a new international shipping service targeting August 2026, after which normal service is expected to resume.

All items are safely packed and shipped from Tokyo, Japan Post with a tracking number provided.

■ Handling Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

■ Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days worldwide. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

■ Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees required by their destination country. These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We do not accept returns or refunds due to a refusal to pay customs charges.
